How Does It Feel?: Herbal Tea for Connecting to Your Feelings, Love and Sensuality
Through my meditation practice, I've realized that I have the tendency to "think" through things rather than "feel" through things, even when it's something that cannot be intellectualized or solved through thinking alone (i.e. thinking my way through sadness to try to resolve it). I wanted to create herbal support that would remind me to also come back to my body, my feelings, and my intuition.
Self love, sensuality, joy, and pleasure are also parts of this equation, because facing our feelings isn't always a walk in the park. I combine hibiscus, jasmine, rose, tulsi, damiana, and cardamom into an aphrodisiac blend.
This melodic blend (thanks D’Angelo!) is created with the following intentions:
Get in touch with your emotions
Calm the nervous system
Connect to love and sensuality unabashedly, whether by your sexy self or with others
Anti-inflammatory and cools the body (Perfect for the summertime-- try it as an iced tea!)
