Nightmares are grist for shadow work, as they bring attention to the healing that is being called for in our waking lives, in our ancestral lineages, and in our collective. The dreams, even if scary, hold the medicine. If we are bold enough, facing our fears can become a source of empowerment.

By identifying the message beneath our ancestral, collective, and personal fears, we can access the wisdom that is often locked within our nightmares. We create an opportunity to recognize our personal and ancestral strength, especially when it comes to surviving challenges.

We have the ability to heal ourselves and apply what we’ve learned into our physical reality -- that is the shadow work that we can do with our dreams. In this workshop, we will share plants, ritual, and practices that help us physically and spiritually navigate the dream realm to engage in deep shadow work. We will explore ways to protect ourselves while dream journeying, cleanse ourselves of stagnant/heavy energy, and alchemize fear into empowerment from our dreams to our waking lives.
